• What new initiatives have been undertaken in the last few years
• What parts of our congregational life and work which have stopped in the last few years
• What are the thing our congregation does well

• How can we build on the positives which exist in the congregation, e.g.  prayer, joint services, website, school links etc.

• What have been the things that have been particularly challenging for us

• How can we:
  • explore ways in which relationship which have been damaged can be healed.
  • build trust:
    • between the Kirk Session and the congregation
    • between the congregation and the community
  • work for open and transparent communication?

• What is the age group in our parish with which we would like to engage more
• What resources we would need for that to happen

• How can we focus on pastoral care for the congregation and community as a way of building bridges?

• how well do we interact with other churches near us

• How can the two congregations of Balfron & Fintry work more closely together?

• how can we develop and nurture the next generation of leaders in our congregation (elders, youth leaders, others)
